THE ARTS COMMITTEES

Our ancestors were artists in many ways. We will try to find their art and encourage our relatives, their descendents, to continue in their ways. We have artists, musicians, poets, cooks and many other talents among our ancestors. We need to find the products of their work and share it with the family.

GENERAL CHAIR: Amanda Elton

Functions:

  1. Create a pioneer coloring book for our kids and grand kids and great grand kids to color in, using pictures of family farmhouses, wagons, handcarts, oxen, sheep, sod houses, cooking items, farm implements, saw mill (John Marriott, Jr.), etc.

  2. Family pot luck dinner at the Marriott Ward building in Ogden, using old recipes
